Sonos integration overview ​

The Sonos integration brings your Sonos speakers into 1Home so you can control playback, group speakers, load favorites and playlists, and trigger chimes and announcements — from the 1Home dashboard, from automations, or from physical KNX pushbuttons. Available on 1Home Server KNX Pro, 1Home Server Loxone, and 1Home IoT Gateway.

What you'll need ​

• A Sonos account that already owns your speakers and manages them in the Sonos app.
• Internet access on both your 1Home Server and your Sonos speakers — the integration talks to the Sonos cloud.
• At least one Sonos S2-era speaker, already set up and visible in your Sonos app.

How it works ​

Once you connect your Sonos account, the speakers, favorites, and playlists you already use in the Sonos app are immediately available in 1Home — there is nothing to set up speaker by speaker. The two apps stay in sync: a change you make in Sonos shows up in 1Home, and a change you make in 1Home shows up on the speaker, so the music keeps following you wherever you control it from.
