Exporting system monitor data, since this was only supposed to be supported for KNX Group Monitor.

Fixed:

KNX: Fix issue when using ETS5 with KNX remote access, where the initial connection to the interface would succeed, but the connection would constantly drop during usage.
KNX: Fix KNX Group Monitor export only exporting as CSV the first page of data, now it exports the entire selected time range, up to a million entries in a single download.
System & KNX Monitor: Fix issue where going back a large offset from the current time and paging back for a while would deplete the device of memory and cause it to reboot.
Fix rare issue where the 1Home application when starting up would constantly crash, this could be observed by the status LED constantly blinking red.
